This notice covers the early-access waitlist on radicle.tools.

Who is responsible

What we collect and why

When a user joins the waitlist, we store the email address, an optional name, and a consent flag with a timestamp. We use this data for one purpose only: contacting the user about early access to Grove and Taiga. Legal basis: consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a).

Where it is stored

Waitlist entries are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, served through Cloudflare's EU-served CDN infrastructure.

How long we keep it

Until public launch plus 12 months, or until consent is withdrawn, whichever comes first. After that, entries are deleted.

Rights

A user can at any time access, correct, or delete the stored data, or withdraw consent, by emailing smqbiy73iy32@opayq.com. Withdrawing consent stops all further contact.

No tracking

The site keeps a single theme preference in the browser's localStorage; it never leaves the device.
